Paring Knife 3" (Bird's Beak) [Authentic Carbon]

This 3 inch Paring (Bird's Beak) Knife is light, handy and sharp. The curved blade is called Bec d'Oiseau (bird's beak) helps when cutting round fruits or vegetables.  The full tang, molded A.B.S. handle knives are the 'Top of the Line", made by the original Sabatier factory in Theirs, France.  A soft steel that will hold a very fine edge and is easy to resharpen.  Carbon steel will stain easily and even rust under damp conditions.
