This 8 inch Cook's Knife, helps collect fat and lubricate the knife during cutting.  Vegetables will not stick to knives with air pockets.  Also called a Chef's knife, a very strong, rigid blade used for chopping, dicing, slicing or mincing.  The whole blade protects the hand.  A hard metal alloy that is practically stain and rust resistant.  The stainless steel used in knife-making has a high carbon content.  These full tang, molded A.B.S. handle knives are the "Top of the Line", made by the ORIGINAL Sabatier Factory in Theirs, France.
