This 12 inch Cook's Knife, helps collect fat and
lubricate the knife during cutting. Vegetables will not stick to knives
with air pockets. Also called a Chef's knife, a very strong, rigid
blade used for chopping, dicing, slicing or mincing. The whole blade
protects the hand. A hard metal alloy that is practically stain and
rust resistant. The
